The “Data Controller” of the processing of personal data is ODISSEA S.R.L. with registered offices on via G. Paglia, 1/d - 24122 Bergamo (Italy). Data processing means: any operation or set of operations, carried out even without using electronic instruments, concerning the collection, recording, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data, even if it is not recorded in a database. The data will not be disclosed in any way.

The processing operations associated with the web services of this website are carried out at the aforementioned head office and on servers managed by the company Amazon Web Services Dublin. They are handled only by personnel specifically assigned to the processing, belonging to categories with marketing, commercial, administrative and accounting, technical-IT, quality control and product management and customer relations duties, or by any personnel in charge of occasional maintenance tasks.

The personal data is also handled by automatic and electronic instruments, for the length of time which is strictly required to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected.
Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, its illicit or improper use and unauthorized access, including a https secure protocol for certain private sections of the website and applications and safeguards against unlawful access to the servers and other processors in use.
