Villa Arceno

The Villa Arceno estate, among the most famous in the Chianti area, sprawls over an area of about 1.000 hectares in the town of Castelnuovo Berardenga, about 10 km from Siena.
Built in 1671, the villa was restored by Percassi in 1992 and subsequently converted into luxury residences.

There are 34 houses on the property, 30 of which have been completely renovated and over time have become home to prominent families from all over the world. Renovation work on the hotel began once a recovery plan was approved for the renovation of the buildings in front of the villa, with the creation of 33 rooms to be added to the existing 16 suites in the main building, bringing the total number of rooms to 49.

While restoration work on the villa is complete, the remainder of the building is in an advanced state of renovation.

In addition to offering the comfort and efficiency of a modern hotel, Villa Arceno meets the needs of those who wish to visit this beautiful corner of Tuscany.
