Such as the Oriocenter, situated in a strategic location opposite the Milan airport of Orio al Serio in Bergamo, the Sicilia Outlet Village, in the heart of Sicily, in the province of Enna, the Torino Outlet Village in Settimo Torinese and the expansion of the Oriocenter shopping center (3rd phase). Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria focused on the service and tourism sector with the new IBM building in Segrate, and the project to restore the baths of San Pellegrino Terme (Bergamo) to their Liberty era splendor.
