Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria is a real estate company founded in 1987 acquired by Percassi in 1998, following the divestment of real estate operations by Banca Akros. From the beginning, the company was appointed as Percassi’s holding company dedicated to real estate activities, including the design, development, and construction of large shopping centers and factory outlets, which constitute the company’s core business.

The mission of Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria is to develop real estate projects in strategic locations with innovative features regarding both their product offering and architectural style. The choice of location, which is even more strategic for the development of significant commercial developments and fashion outlet villages, must inevitably begin with a careful assessment of the spending power of the catchment area where the shopping center will be built. The first Stilo project with the Percassi name was the completion and opening of the Oriocenter, a new generation shopping mall. After 13 years from its inauguration, it continues to be a benchmark in the industry for the facility’s functional efficiency and ability to attract the public.

The acquisition proved to be particularly successful for Percassi, further consolidating its know-how in the field of large retail areas. Leading to the creation of new projects both in the outlet segment, such as the Franciacorta Outlet Village (in two phases 2003-2006), the Valdichiana Outlet Village (2005-2007) and the Sicilia Outlet Village (2010), in addition to shopping centers with Orio Phase II (2004) and Antegnate (2009).

Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria is also active in the service, tourism and hospitality sectors. A few of projects worthy of mention in these two industries include the construction of the new IBM headquarters for Southern Europe in Segrate (Milan), and Villa Arceno, a prestigious Relais chateaux built in the heart of the Tuscan hills in the province of Siena.
