An impressive operation; an urban redevelopment project which restores the town of San Pellegrino Terme to its Art Nouveau splendor, when royal households and diplomats from all over the world used to mingle here and enjoy the unique qualities of its water and spa treatments.

Implemented in close collaboration with the Region of Lombardy, the Province of Bergamo and the City of San Pellegrino Terme, this Percassi project will bring new energy and resources to the entire Brembana Valley, putting the area back on the map of international tourism with its historical monuments and polished new services.

The idea is to create a “place within a place,” a new pole containing a top quality spa complex, a theater, and a casino – completely restored to its past splendor – which will become an incredibly beautiful location for special events, with a new residential district and a luxury outlet village.

The recently opened recently spa complex is a temple of wellness and total relaxation, one of the new symbols of San Pellegrino Terme.
