In 2011 Percassi, through Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria, signed a joint venture with the Westfield Group, the world leader in the development and management of large-scale shopping centers at the international level, for the construction of Westfield Milan.

Westfield Milan will represent an authentic innovation in the Italian retail industry. More than a simple shopping mall, Westfield Milan will be a large and innovative multi-functional public space, a pole of attraction for different activities, to be enjoyed by millions of visitors each year, which will occupy an area of about 60 hectares on the outskirts of Milan, adjacent to the Milan Linate Airport.

Westfield Milan will be the most extensive and most exclusive shopping center in Europe, designed with a very clear vision: to define, model and bring together the best of fashion, architecture, design, dining, entertainment, and technology under one roof, placing the customer at the center of it all. The Shopping Mall is designed to provide not only shopping areas but also entertainment and leisure facilities serving thousands of families living in the area.
